There is no single competitive number — BC PNP invites Skills Immigration registrants from a pool in periodic registration sessions, and the minimum score actually invited changes from session to session depending on how many registrants are in the pool and BC's labour-market priorities at the time. The minimum invited score from each recent session is published on the WelcomeBC site after the session closes, and that published figure — not a fixed target — is the right benchmark to compare your estimate against.

Does a high score guarantee an invitation?

No. A high SIRS score only means you rank well against other registrants in the pool at the time BC PNP draws invitations — it does not guarantee an invitation to apply, a nomination, or approval of permanent residence. Every registration and every application is reviewed individually against the program's mandatory requirements, and BC PNP and IRCC each make their own independent decision.
