Many GTA clients qualify for the Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program (OINP) without realizing it. The OINP operates several streams — including Ontario's Worker Promotion Stream, the Employer Job Offer streams, and the Human Capital Priorities stream — each with its own eligibility criteria based on occupation, work experience, education, and whether you hold or are eligible for an Express Entry profile. A nomination adds 600 points to your Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) score, which in practice means an Invitation to Apply for permanent residence.

We assess whether a combined Express Entry plus OINP strategy makes sense for your profile, which streams you realistically qualify for, and whether the timing works with your current status in Canada. The analysis is the same whether you live in downtown Toronto, Vaughan, Markham, or anywhere else in the GTA — OINP eligibility is provincial, not municipal.

Immigration consulting is document-driven — forms, supporting evidence, officer letters, government portals — and none of that requires you to be in the same room as your consultant. Most of our GTA clients complete their entire file by video consultation, phone calls, and secure document upload. We schedule strategy calls around your availability, review uploaded documents in shared sessions, and file applications through the same IRCC portals we would use if you were sitting across the desk. An in-person appointment at our Mississauga office is available for any GTA client who prefers it, but it is not a prerequisite for the same quality of work.

When a case involves employer support — an LMIA, an intra-company transfer, or an employer compliance question — we work directly with the employer's HR team regardless of which GTA municipality the business operates in. The same process applies whether the employer is in Toronto, Vaughan, Mississauga, or Markham.
